I have blue days recently.These are misrerable days when I feel lousy,grumpy,lonely and utterly exhaustesd days.When I feel small and insignificant,when everything seems just out of reach.I can't rise to the occasion just getting started seems impossible.On blue days I can become paranoid that everyone is out to get me.I feel frustrated and anxious,which can induce a nail-iting frenzy that can escalate into a triple-chocolate-mud-cake-eating in an ocean of sadness.What to do?I'm encourged to listen to some music,which always can bring me into a world where everything's in palce surrounding me.Behind the seemingly world there's a realm of serenity.And it works.Having made it a friend to me,I find that it's a very good way to enjoy me life and ease the pain deep within.Tha't what to do when I feel blue.I regard it a kind of lifestyle,which means a true self and life.
