It’ s so exciting that I got a new friend from America on Skype yesterday.Gosh,I have no idea what his full name is!Maybe the exciting that means forget the point which I should ask first.
I still remember that his net name is “睿辉” ,which is typed in Traditional Chinese!Not only that ,his pronunciation is so standard and perfect when I heard his voice coming.“I can’t believe my ears are opening!Aren’t you a Chinese man!”I said to myself.And later ,he said with a laugh that he’s been learning Chinese since high school.From then on,he had always been in the tutor’s home for Chinese lesson.It’s been a long time you know,he is only 23 years old now! One year ago,he was graduate from University of California Berkeley that I didn’t know much about it.Perhaps the big world without a ignorant man just like me.While I asked him if he got married,he told me that he had just broken up with a Japanese girl.Just then,I asked him again:“Is it because she is quite materialistic? ”It’s a pity that he could not understand the meaning of “现实” in Chinese and it's a truth that girls are too materialistic in China nowadays.
My brain didn’t work about the difference between “materialistic” and “realistic”at that time.So I explained toward him:That’s the meaning of “realistic”.He had received a wrong message that I left.Here I just want to say the truth is that “现实”means that girl loves financial or material gain more than yourself?Right now I hope he can get it.Maybe he had got it for that ,and maybe I was so stupid for that.
I praised him that his Chinese is very well.He just answered:“This is my hobby.Except Chinese,I ’m still learning Spanish.”I had to say:“You rock!”Actually,he did hear what I said that meaning of “牛B”.
In China,only a language for English makes many people lying their way with failing.You know the truth!They work for interest,and we work for job!Although he didn’t know “李阳”is an English master in spoken language that I’d been talking about.We need more madmen like Li Yang.We need dreams!
As I was chatting with him by voice,he was on his way home by car.When he was in the house,he said he’d like to encourage them who need some help to speak English more.I knew what him mean,but he said “给他们励志”in Chinese.Also,I had been talking about the milk that I love.When he was amazed to find that mike is a “surprise” from my words,I told him it’s really nothing in China and everyone loves it.
It’s been a long conversation for two hours nearly.The topics was so funny and wide,then I couldn’t find them all out.It’s like job, dream,habit,breast implant,politic,tollage,training ,input method.
This is an honor that I’ve met with him on line.I believe I can speak English fluently someday.
