1.either of,asked
前面not已经是否定,所以根据句意,后面不能再用否定词neither；
定语从句中,被省略的关系代词which/that代替先行词questions,在从句中充当asked的宾语.
可以直接说I asked questions,而不必多加for.
2.A neither spoke
C其实是部分否定,即not如果与all、both连用时表示部分否定,翻译为：我们两个不是都发了言/说了话.
但是原句Neither of us spoke为全部否定.
而A也是全部否定.

我认为是选 neither of 和asked 因为neither of 表示两者都不，用于否定句。ask表示提问，ask for表示请求，索求。 第二个选both didn't speak， 句子意思是我们两个人都没有说话，neither spoke好像表达的意思是我们都不会说话。
