你的第二句中的to不要加，因为是起状语的成分，也就是increased 8 times, from 0.4 billion in 2000 to 4 billion in 2008.-------from的前面加上一个逗号，这样就ok了。 我的也可以是： 2 The number of mobile phone subscriptions went up / rose by 800% in 2008 compared with that of 2000
