I think you need to ask yourself a little but important question first.You want to learn English just because you like it or it's your job requirements
If your answer is the former one ,I think you must know the way to learn English yourself ,because interest is the best teacher .But if your answer is the latter one ,there is also something to do with it.The first step is to correct your pronunciation,it's the most basic requirement to learn English well ,remember ,you need a very accurate pronunciation; Then ,practise English everyday ,both listening and speaking ,and write some articles if possible ,practice makes perfect.In the end ,try to like English ,you may watch some English movies or listen to some English songs ,cultivating an interest is also a very good way to learn something well .Moreover ,the movies and lyrics of English songs are good material for practice.
