Next time you are in a public place ,take a look around you,and see how many people are using their phones.I can tell you now that it is probably more than half.In fact ,I am the example ,but it amazes me how people can spent so much time on their phones.Every day nearly everyone is using their phones.They play games,read articles or listen to music on their phones.I love sending text messages,make a call and play one game.I love being free from the Internet,I really don't mind not getting updates on what my frients are doing,It allows me to enjoy my more time.But it makes me feel tired and bored .It can hurt my eyes and my ear.It is bad for our body.Perhaps I shoud use the old phone.I should read more books and come back to nature.Activities outdoor may be good for our health.
