Early NBA career (1996-1999)
In 1996 NBA draft pick,Charlotte Hornets chosen Bryant as the 13th in draft pick,then Lakers general manager Jerry West who found Bryant’s basketball talent use starting center Vlade Divac to trade for the Hornets for Bryant.
During Bryant’s first two seasons with the Lakers,he assumed bench player.His first match is with Minnesota Timberwolves,at that time he is the youngest play appeared in NBA match.He won the 1997 Slam Dunk Contest.In 1997-1998 season,he began showing more of his abilities as a talented young guard and has more playing time.Based on fan voting he is one of the NBA’s Sixth Man of the year and,and became the youngest All-Star starter in NBA.Even his data were impressive for his age,he lock of experience that made him to complement Shaquille O’Neal and help the Lakers to compete for championship.
Showtime Lakers ( 1999-2002)
With the advent of coach Phil Jackson of Los Angeles Lakers,Bryant entered the second phase of his career,which make him from a star to super star.Phil Jackson used triangle offense help Lakers won three times NBA championship.That offense makes Bryant improved his attack ability fast.His games played,playing time,scoring,assist,rebound and steal those dates demonstrate Bryant became stronger that news and he is No.2 in Lakers below the O’Neal.In the same year,fan voting make Bryant as starter in All-Star again.Until now,Bryant is the youngest player who wining three consecutive NBA championship.
Downturn period (2002-2003)

After 2003-2004 season,Karl Malone retired and Shaquille O’Neal trade to Miami Heat,Bryant became unquestioned leader of Lakers.He has ten times of 40 or more points per game.He want to lead Lakers have great team result,but things don't turn out the way he want,with the decline in the overall strength of the Lakers,for the first time Lakers missed playoffs in over a decade.With last year Bryant’s badly reputation and 2004-2005 season Lakers team result,Bryant was bogged down in criticized.In 2005-2006 season,Lakers entry the playoffs,Bryant’s per game points has 35.4 and in this season the most thrilling thing is Bryant got 81 points against Toronto Raptors.Of course,he got the scoring championships in 2005-2006 season.In 2006-2007 season,Bryant changed his jersey number from 8 to 24,when others asked his 24 means to surpass Michael Jordan,he smiled and said “Every day has 24 hours and have 24 opportunity to complete myself”.After he changed his jersey number,Bryant got scoring championships again and got All-Star game’s MVP (most valuable player).Bryant’s individual results obtained in the remarkable accomplishment but Lakers team results still worse,because the team always stopped in the first round of playoffs.
New Showtime Lakers (2008-2010)
From Pau Gasol joined in 2008-2009 season,Lakers grew strong again,Bryant lead the Lakers got NBA championship,and he got regular season MVP first in his NBA career.Continuance 2008-2009 season and 2009-2010 season,Bryant got two times final MVP.
